Tammy Viola
Director, Human Resources
As the Director of Human Resources for Carpathia Hosting, Tammy has the responsibility for providing leadership to the HR and Recruiting functions, while also serving as the company’s Facilities Security Officer. Tammy brings over 15 years of human resources experience to the leadership team, including benefits, compensation, legal compliance, training, recruiting and retention.
Tammy has worked for several small to mid-size companies in the commercial and government contracting space. Prior to joining Carpathia, Tammy was the Director of Human Resources at Nortel Government Solutions, where she managed a large team supporting over 1200 employees. She also worked at RavenWing, COMTek, MicroStrategy and Northrop Grumman.
Tammy has her PHR certification and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, as well as various other business and professional organizations.
